WHAT CUSTOMIZATION SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?
We provide personalized customization to add your Logo,
size label, wash care, hang tag and package...etc. we also
support customizing your own designs.
HOW DO YOU ADD MY LOGO ON THE CLOTHES?
We usually add Logo by heat transfer printing, or use
embroidery , this is the method that 90% of customers
choose to do.
DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR CUSTOMIZE MY OWN TAGS AND PACKAGE?
Yes, according to different customization requirements, the cost will also be different. You can directly contact your exclusive customer service for more details about the customize cost.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CUSTOMIZE?
Generally speaking, if simply add the Logo, it only takes us
3-4 days to finish it. If need to customize other things, such
as packaging, it takes about a week.
CAN YOU HELP ME DESIGN THE LOGO IF I DON'T HAVE ONE?
We can give suggestions, but you need to design your own
Logo and provide us with the original Logo files for
customization.
HOW CAN I SEND MY LOGO TO YOU?

CAN YOU ADD LOGO TO ANYWHERE OF CLOTHES?
We recommend to add only one Logo on top and bottom, it
could be a symbol or letters. It is not recommended to be too
long or too thin. If you need to add it to another places,
please inform separately.
DELIVERY
HOW LONG TO PRODUCE MY ORDER?(LEAD TIME)
According to different customization requirements, we usually finish
the customization within 3-4 days. If it is mass order production, it
may take about 2-3 weeks.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE AFTER DELIVERY?
We are located in China, all orders are delivered from warehouse,
worldwide shipping support. Generally, it takes about 7-10 work day. lf
the order is urgent, you can choose DHL or FedEx, which takes about 3
to 5 work day, but freight will be a bit higher.
HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
As soon as the order shipped out, the person who contact you from
our team will provide you the express number and tracking website,
which will update the package status in real time.
RETURNS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If you encounter any quality problems within 15 days after receiving
the goods, we will refund them for you free of charge, you only need
to pay the one-way shipping fee. Other non-quality problems, please
contact customer service to communicate in advance and provide
your needs, we will try our best to achieve.

Yes, sure! We have no minimum request，aslo can custom your logo. However ，Second order we recommend to purchase more than 15 sets
WHAT'S YOUR PRICE? IS THERE A PRICE LIST?
we provide customized services, currently have more than 1000 styles, ,You can browse through our website and pay directly . average selling price of our products is less than $18 a set, the
average price of short tops and shorts is about $6.5 to $8.5, and
the average price of long tops and trousers is about $6.5 to $9.5.
The price varies according to the order quantity. Please consult
separately.
DOES YOUR PRICE INCLUDE THE COST OF ADDING LOGO?
No, because our product is priced very cheap, we do not include the logo fee, but our logo customization fee is very reasonable
CAN I BUY SAMPLES BEFORE BUY IN LARGE QUANTITIES?
Of course, samples can be provided for all styles in our website.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ON YOUR WESBITE DIRECTLY?
